In order to complete your registration, you must provide a photo ID. Please review the requirements below, and submit your ID photo during registration so that we can print your ID card for the upcoming/current season.  

If we do not receive your photo ID right away, we may not have time to process your ID card for your first game(s).

Your photo ID is used to verify date of birth and name spelling, and the picture is copied to your FWASA Player Pass.

If you do not have a scanner available, you can submit a camera-phone picture of your ID.

This requires a clear, legible image that meets the following requirements:

• Government-issued ID (Drivers’ License, Passport, Visa, etc.)

• Must be in COLOR

• Clear picture, name, address, and date of birth

• JPG (any other format may delay processing)

• AT LEAST 1024x768 pixels

• High resolution

• Properly aligned (not a random angle)

Don't be this person!

WHY it's BAD:

• Flash reflection makes name and other info unreadable.

• Blurry. Make sure picture is sharp, without glare or shadows. This will be on your FWASA ID.

• Align the picture, avoid weird angles and skewed image.

DO NOT submit selfies, landscapes, or scenic views. Any unusable images will be moved to the bottom of the list for processing, and your new ID may not be ready for the first game(s) of the season.
