Thank you for being a vital part of the Fort Worth Adult Soccer Association. This guide will help you access and manage your team’s Game Cards and Rosters using the Demosphere platform. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the league registrar for assistance.

📋 Accessing and Printing Game Reports

Game Reports (also called Game Cards in Demosphere) are unique to each scheduled game and must be printed individually. They cannot be printed from the Demosphere FWASA Mobile app; they must be printed from a web browser.

1. Using your web browser, log in to your Demosphere team portal using your team manager profile.

2. Navigate to your Team Page.

3. Find the game you need the Game Card for.

4. To Open the Game Card:

   - Click on the three dots/hamburger menu to open the Print option.

   - Click on the printer icon.

5. Print or Save:

   - From the Generate Team Documents dialog, click the EXPORT button.

   - This will both give you a link to open/download the PDF file immediately, as well as send you an email with the link.

6. NOTE: The file will contain pages for BOTH your team and your opponent! You are responsible only for bringing YOUR Game Report, not your opponent!

7. IMPORTANT: Each player must have an entry on the Game Report AND ALSO their digital Player ID must be marked ACTIVE.

👥 Accessing and Downloading Team Rosters

1. Log in to your Demosphere team portal.

2. Navigate to Your Team Page.

3. Go to Team Documents:

   - Click on the Documents tab or section.

4. Click on the Contact Roster button.

5. From the Generate Team Documents dialog, click the EXPORT button.

   - This will both give you a link to open/download the PDF file immediately, as well as send you an email with the link.
