11/10/20-UPDATE: In quick succession, we have been notified of 2 MO40 players, one of whom also plays for MO30, and 2 MOPEN players have tested positive for COVID-19. Make-up games are being arranged for the affected teams and might occur on alternate dates and fields from regular game days. Please watch your league schedule for updates.

We want to emphasize that exposure is still very possible and urge teams to adhere to our mask and distancing guidelines at the fields.

We want to emphasize that exposure is still very possible and urge teams to adhere to our mask and distancing guidelines at the fields.

9/24/20-UPDATE: A second player on a COED team has tested positive. Since the team is already quarantining, there was no exposure at the Sept 21 games.

9/21/20--UPDATE: We have been notified a player in COED league has tested positive for COVID-19. Once again, we are following our Return to Play guidelines (see here) by having that player's team, their recent opponent, and the referee team quarantine for 14 days (games to be rescheduled at a later date).

FWASA has been notified that a player in the Men's Over 40 league has tested positive for COVID-19.  The player was feeling fine for the game on Tuesday, September 8th, and then began experiencing symptoms two days later on the 10th, and was tested and received a positive test result on the 11th.  We thank the player and his manager for notifying us so that we can keep players as safe as possible.  We are following our Return to Play guidelines (see here) by having that player's team, their recent opponent, and the referee team quarantine for 14 days (games to be rescheduled at a later date).
